When you submit a service enquiry, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number and message, as well as the service selected, enquiry source, submission date and related enquiry records.
Please do not include health information or other sensitive personal data in your message.

We use your information to review and respond to your enquiry, provide information about the requested service, and arrange a conversation or appointment where relevant.
Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to our newsletter or constitute consent to marketing communications.
4. Collection Method and Legal Basis
Your personal data is collected through the electronic service enquiry forms on our website.
Your name, email address, optional telephone number and service enquiry details are processed to assess your request, contact you, provide information about the requested service and arrange a consultation or appointment where appropriate, on the legal basis that processing is necessary and directly related to the establishment of a contract, pursuant to Article 5(2)(c) of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.
5. Data Sharing and Transfers
We use Framer for our website forms and Google Workspace (Sheets and email) to receive and manage enquiries. Personal data may be processed through these service providers' systems where necessary to deliver these services.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes described above and in accordance with applicable legal obligations.
7. Your Rights
Under Article 11 of Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, you may request information about the processing of your personal data and, where the legal conditions are met, request its correction, deletion or destruction, and exercise your other rights provided by law.
